Kerlivin was a farm with 3 houses, 2 families lived there a long time ago. .  In 1987 a big storm  destroyed 2 of them and the trees suffered a lot. A huge pine tree felt down and is still there.
Then I bought the house and tried to reneved the farm step by step. We bought the house in 1996, we are a quiet family of 4.
Now the 3 houses have a roof at least. I used only ecologics and natural materials ( wood wool, chalks, cellulosis, hemp, organic paintings etc) and never put herbicid in the garden. 
 
Kerlivin était une ferme. Maintenant elle est divisée en 2, dans l'autre ferme vit une famille qui exploitait un poulailler. En 1987 une grande tempête détruisit les toits des maisons, un grand cyprès est toujours couché dans le jardin. J'ai retapé les 3 maisons et maintenant il y a un toit neuf sur les 3 maisons de la propriété. La maison est rénovée avec des matériaux naturels ( chaux, sable, isolants laine de bois, chanvre, cellulose, peinture bio etc) Dans le jardin il n'y a jamais eu d'herbicide ni de traitement chimique.

 

To day the main house has 4 bedrooms. 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.  The living space area is about 120M2. The garden at the other side of the house is for your own.
You can see the ocean from the garden and eat outside in summer with  the sunset on the ocean.
The place is very very quiet. Less than 1km from the beach and same distance to the small village of Plovan.
 
Il y a maintenant 4 chambres dont 1 ouverte en mezzanine. Une faisant office de salon. Le séjour est très grand avec une vaste cheminée. Le tout amoureusement décoré avec des objets rapportés de mes voyages en Orient
